EA PLAY is officially live and news is starting to flood. The very first title to be shown here is TitanFall 2. The title is coming to PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Its single player campaign was shown and it looks like the combat was somewhat inspired by Black Ops 3. It is a mix of TitanFall 1 and Black Ops 3 with massive Titans which isn’t something to complain about.
TitanFall 2 release date is for October 28.
EA is going to offer two different collector’s editions for players of TitanFall 2, we have one standard collector’s edition and one Uber collector’s edition.
The standard collector’s edition will come with a light-up pilot bust, in addition to a custom scarf for you to wear for real.
We also have memorial patches with velcro backing.
For other physical content you also get a Pilot field journal, a Pilot ID card flash drive (with content included on it), a mini art print set, and a paracord survival bracelet.
EA previously said that TitanFall 2 will steal the show at EA PLAY and that is exactly what this game has done. With Mass Effect Andromeda delayed to 2017, EA’s TitanFall 2 will surely keep us busy for a long time.
Fans demanded a single player campaign and EA has delivered. However, only time will tell if they have done enough with its offline mode.
The original game was supposed to be a COD killer but it failed to do what it was intended to. This year, Activision’s Infinite Warfare is being bashed all over the internet and the community isn’t happy to see what it has to offer.
This is TitanFall’s time to shine.
