Call of Duty Black Ops Could be Next in Line For Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

It looks like Call of Duty Black Ops is coming to Xbox One backwards compatibility soon. The game was spotted on Xbox Store.

Xbox One’s backward compatible library is growing steadily as Microsoft keeps adding new titles to the list regularly. Some amazing games are already announced or have arrived to the BC feature, and we expect more to be added in the coming weeks.

One of the most demanded titles is Call of Duty Black Ops, and it looks like the game has arrived.

I guess it’s the spanish version of Xbox Store (correct if I’m wrong) that has Black Ops DLC listed as BC for Xbox One. It is a very strong indication that we will soon get to play this memorable COD game on Xbox One.

We knew Black Ops is coming but we didn’t know when, Microsoft is still silent but it looks like the game may finally be added in February.

We’ll keep you updated on the story.

Speaking of Backwards compatibility, Microsoft recently said that it is changing the way players launch and play BC games. Rather then adding games on a monthly bases, Microsoft will now add titles as soon as they become available.

Moreover, 10 new games were announced for BC including The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.

  • Aegis Wing
