Okay so it appears that the images shared might not be of the game after all. According to a few reports, there is a preorder bonus in the form of a DLC for Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain which is being given to preorderers in Germany.
Unconfirmed sources tell us that is what the box is for and that it also has “preorder pack” written on top of it. However, the guy who took this picture has cleverly hidden that with the invoice that you can see in the images.
We know that Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain is still two weeks from its release, but apparently someone in Germany already has the game on his/ her PlayStation 4!
While we do not have enough evidence to suggest that the game is definitely out before its time or not, we do have a couple of images that have been sent to us.
As you can see below, the image shows the PlayStation 4 box of the game in the hands of the guy. If this is the case it means Konami might have slipped somewhere and the game could have ended up being outed sooner.
However, there still is a question of whether there is a disc of Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain inside that box or not since it was not shown to us in the image.
Considering this, it could be just a promotional cover art or something like that. This would put to rest the millions of fans who would be trying to find a link in Germany so that they can score one of the copies for themselves.
Nonetheless, nothing is confirmed yet and it is also fortnight away from the game’s official release and I am not sure publishers would be sending the shipments of Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain so early.
Anyhow, if this is true I would want a copy!
