An interesting rumor is being recently discussed on the web, regarding a possible sequel for the Ryse franchise on Xbox One. A fan of the series, in fact, published on Twitter an image of Ryse 2: The Empire, with the Cryengine logo at the bottom.

Crytek hasn’t said anything about this rumor so far, so we suggest you to treat such information as a simple rumor, hoping to hear something concrete about this game as soon as possible.

People weren’t thrilled much by its features and gameplay, but things have changed since then, and now everyone keeps asking for a sequel.
Phil Spencer discussed this question during a recent interview with Game Informer.
