A new report has surfaced on the internet that suggests Tekken 7 release date to be the last week of February 2017.
According to Avoidingthepuddle, an insider has tipped them off the Tekken 7 release date. According to the report, the PC and console version of Tekken 7 will release in the last week of February 2017. The suggested release for Takken 7 is inline with Bandai Namco’s announcement at E3 2016, that the game will release in early 2017.
However, the report does not mentions an exact release date for Tekken 7. However, it is important to mention that this is a leak and not officially confirmed by publisher or the developer, so take it as a grain of salt.
Recently, Tekken 7 was leaked on the Windows Store, which not only showed off some screenshots but revealed that will be available on Xbox One and PC and even have support for up to eight different players.
The most interesting thing the store page revealed was that Tekken 7 supports 2-8 players multiplayer. Now. if this is true than Bandai Namco might be planning to bring its game to e-sports, maybe similar to Street Fighter V.
Cross Network Play between Xbox One and PlayStation 4 is a hot topic among console gamers, however, we have yet to see the implementation of this idea. When a fans asked game designer, Micheal Murray, for Tekken 7, to include the Cross Play for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. He responded that fans would have to ask Sony for this happen, as Microsoft has openly said that they are down for it.
Tekken games have always featured a dynamic roster, and Tekken 7 will be no different, as director, Katsuhiro Harada, has announced Bob and Master Raven that will be appearing in the game at Evo 2016.
Bob is a returning character, who first appeared in Tekken 6, while Master Raven is a new character appearing for the first time in the franchise.
Tekken 7 is fighting game developed by Bandai Namco, and is scheduled to release in early 2017 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. However, the game is available for the arcades in Japan.
