There are hundreds of items in Pokemon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire; and they are all spread across Hoenn. Each one of them has an effect of its own; for instance, some will improve the HP, others will improve certain attacks.

There are some items that only work on specific Pokemon and then there also are certain specific locations where you can find the majority of them.

Pokemon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire Items Locations

As far as the locations of items in Pokemon Omega Ruby / Alpha Sapphire is concerned, they can be found in dozens of places, and in dozens of ways. You might be required to perform a task, or meet a certain character or go to a certain place.

Still there are other items that are held by wild Pokemon. In short, it is a long list.

Naturally, that can make things confusing for the players; and so we have compiled a comprehensive list of all the items that you can collect in the game. We have listed their names, given you with a description for each and also provided you with necessary directions regarding the location and the procedure to acquire each.

Ability Capsule
This item will let your Pokemon jump between abilities if he has two (except Hidden Abilities).
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 200BP.

Abomasite
This item mega evolves Abomasnow into Mega Abomasnow when battling.
Location: You can get this item after you have the National Pokedex, from the Berry fields on Route 123.

Aboslite
This item mega evolves Absol to Mega Absol while battling.
Location: You can get this item from Safari Zone.

Absorb Bulb
When hit by Water type move, your SP attack will be increased by one.
Location: You can get this item in the Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 32BP, it is sometimes with Oddish or Gloom.

Adamant Orb
This item increases Dragon and Steel type moves’ power by 20% for Diagla.
Location: You can get this item from underwater on Route 128.

Aerodactylite
This item mega evolves Aerodactyl to Mega Aerodactyl when battling.
Location: You can get this item after you have the National Pokedex, from Meteor Falls.

Aggronite
This item mega evolves Aggron into Mega Aggron when battling.
Location: You can get this item, after you have smashed rocks in Rustruf Tunnel, from Wanda’s boyfriend.

Air Balloon
This item allows floating, ground moves will also not hit you.
Location: You can get this item from Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Alakazite
This item mega evolves Alakazam into Mega Alakazam when battling.
Location: You can get this item from Slateport Market.

Altarianite
This item mega evolves Altaria into Mega Altaria when battling.
Location: You can get this item in Lilycove, from a man by answering with ‘Altaria.’ You should have Altaria in your party.

Ampharosite
This item mega evolves Ampharos into Mega Ampharos when battling.
Location: You can get this item from Neew Mauville but you will need to have acquired National Pokedex first.

Amulet Coin
This item increases the battle prize money by 100% if you hold and join.
Location: After you have acquired the Petalburg Gym Badge, you can get this item from your mom inside your house.

Antidote
Cures Poison status.
Location: After you have the Poke Balls from Littleroot Town, from Brendan/ May; you can get this item for 100 from Poke Marts.

Armor Fossil
This is a fossil that turns into Shieldon when restored.
Location: In Pokemon Omega Ruby, you will be able to get this item by smashing the cracking rocks of Mirage spots using the Rock Smash.

Assault Vest
Sp Defense is increased by 50% at the cost of losing status moves when held.
Location: You can get this item from Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Audinite
This item mega evolves Audino into Mega Audino when battling.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Resort from Looker.

Awakening
Cures Sleep status.
Location: You can buy this for 250 in Poke Marts but after you have acquired the first Gym Badge.

Balm Mushroom
This is a scented mushroom that sells of 6250 at shops.

Banettite
This item mega evolves Banette into Mega Banette when battling.

Beedrilite
This item mega evolves Beedril into Mega Beedril when battling.

Berry Juice
HP upped by 20 for one Pokemon.
Location: You can get this item from the Poke Mileage Center in the Mauville City in return for 10 Poke Miles.

Big Mushroom
This is a mushroom that sells for 2500 at shops.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Resort by winning the Whismur Show.

Big Nugget
This is a gold nugget that sells for 10000 at shops.
Location: You can get this item either in Sea Mauville storage or by winning in the Mauville Food Court when ordering Mauville Ramen Bowl.

Big Pearl
This is a pearl that sells for 3750 at shops.
Location: You can get this item either on Route 109, Safari Zone, Route 125, at hight tide from Shoal Cave and even sometimes from wild Clamperl.

Big Root
HP recovery for an HP using move is increased by 30%.
Location: With a Grass type Pokemon on your party, you can get this one from a girl on Route 123.

Binding Band
Damage dealt to enemy with Bind and Wrap becomes 1/6 of maximum HP for every turn.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Black Belt
Fighting type moves’ power increased by 20%.
Location: You can get this item from wild Makuhita, Sawk or Throh sometimes.

Black Flute
Helps facing strong Pokemon.
Location: You can get this item in exchange for 1000g ash from a guy in Glass Workshop on Route 113.

Black Glasses
Dark type moves’ power increased by 20%.
Location: Use Dowsing Machine on Route 116 and speak to a man looking for glasses to get this item.

Black Sludge
Poison type Pokemon get 1/16 of maximum HP restored, others lose 1/8 of maximum HP for every turn.
Location: You can get this item from wild Grimmer or Trubbish sometimes.

Blastoisinite
This item mega evolves Blastoise into Mega Blastoise when battling.
Location: You can get this item from S.S. Tidal.

Blazikenite
This item mega evolves Blaziken into Mega Blaziken when battling.
Location: You can get this item from Steven if Torchic is your first Pokemon or you can buy it for 1500 in form of a stone called Fading Fire.

Blue Flute
This item wakes up sleeping Pokemon.
Location: You can get this item in exchange of 250g ash from a guy in the Glass Workshop on Route 113.

Blue Orb
This item is a shiny Orb with a legend, apparently it has some connection with Hoenn.
Location: In Pokemon Omega Ruby you can get it from Mt Pyre’s summit from an old lady or in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire from the Cave of Origin from Archie.

Blue Scarf
Beauty aspect increased for a Pokemon in Contest Spectacular.
Location: You can get this item in Slateport City from the Pokemon Fan Club president while you have a lead Pokemon with max Beauty stat.

Blue Shard
This item can be traded on Route 124 with a Treasure Hunter who will give you a Water Stone in return.
Location: You can get this item on Route 124.

Bright Powder
Evasion is boosted.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Burn Drive
Turns Genesect’s Techno Blast into Fire Type.
Location: You can get this item in Mauville City from a Street Thug near the stairs that go to the top. You will need Genesect in your party though.

Burn heal
Cures Burned status.
Location: After you have acquired the first Gym Badge, you can get this from the Poke Marts for 250.

Calcium
Sp Attack base increased.
Location: You can get this item from Lilycove Department Store 3F or from the Energy Guru in Slateport Market. It will cost 9800.

Cameruptite
This item mega evolves Camerupt into Mega Camerupt when battling.
Location: You can get this item from Team Magma in Pokemon Omega Ruby in the Delta Episode or in Pokemon Alpha Sapphire in Battle Resort.

Carbos
Base Speed increased.
Location: You can get this item from Lilycove Department Store 3F or from the Energy Guru in Slateport Market. It will cost 9800.

Casteliacone
Confusion and other status issues fixed for a Pokemon.
Location: You can get this item from Route 110 in the 4th maze of the Trick House or you can buy it in Apt 14 in Mauville Hills for 200 (the latter will need you to bring Regice in your party.

Cell Battery
This item increased Attack by 1 if you are hit by Electric type move.
Location: You can get this item from Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 32BP.

Charcoal
Fire type moves power increased by 20%.
Location: You can get this item in Lavaridge Town’s Pokemon Herb Shop from an old man.

Charizardite X
This item mega evolves Charizard into Mega Charizard X when battling.
Location: You can get this item, after you have acquired the National Pokedex, from the Fiery Path.

Charizardite Y
This item mega evolves Chrizard into Mega Charizard Ywhen battling.
Location: You can get this item, after you have acquired national Pokedex, from Scorched Lab B2F on Route 120.

Chill Drive
Turns Genesect’s Techno Blast into Ice type move.
Location: You can get this item in Mauville City from a Street Thug near the stairs that go to the top. You will need Genesect in your party though.

Choice Band
Physical move power increased by 50% but the Pokemon will only be able to use one move.
Location: You can get this item from Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Choice Scarf
Speed increased by 30% but the Pokemon will only be able to use one move.
Location: You can get this item from Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Choice Specs
Special moves power increased by 50% but the Pokemon will only be able to use one move.
Location: You can get this item from Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Claw Fossil
A Fossil that turns into Anorith when restored.
Location: You can get this item on Route 111 by either selecting Root Fossil or Claw Fossil.

Cleanse Tag
Location: You can get this item on Mt. Pyre from an old woman

Clever Wing
Location: You can get this item by reaching Beginner, Novice, or Normal rank in the Mauville City Battle Institute.

Comet Shard
Location: You can get it on Route 114 by using the Dowsing Machine or from your Trainer Fan Club fan.

Cover Fossil
Location: In Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, you will be able to get this item by smashing the cracking rocks of Mirage spots using the Rock Smash.

Damp Rock
This item increased Rainy weather timing by three turns.
Location: You can get this item from Route 119’s Weather Institute from the receptionist.

Dawn Stone
This item evolves female Snorunt and male Kirlia.
Location: You can get this item on Victory Road from Wally, or in Mauville City’s Inverse Battle Stop by winning an inverse battle.

Deep Sea Scale
Location: You can get this item from Chinchu, Lantum or Relicanth sometimes.

Deep Sea Tooth
Location: You can get this item from Carvanha or Sharpedo sometimes.

Destiny Knot
Infatuation affected Pokemon can share condition with attacker.
Location: You can get this item from Pokemon with pick up ability sometimes.

Diancite
This item mega evolves Diancie into Mega Diance when battling
Location: You can get this item from a Pokemon Center when you have Diancie.

Dire Hit
Critical hit ratio increased for one Pokemon by a great margin but it is usable only once.
Location: This item can be bought for 650 from the Slateport City Poke Mart or the Lilycovee Department Store 3F.

Dome Fossil
A Fossil that turns into Kabuto when restored.
Location: In Pokemon Omega Ruby, you will be able to get this item by smashing the cracking rocks of Mirage spots using the Rock Smash.

Douse Drive
This item changes Genesect’s Techno Blast into Water type move.
Location: You can get this item in Mauville City from a Street Thug near the stairs that go to the top. You will need Genesect in your party though.

Draco Plate
Dragon type moves power upped by 20% and if used by Arceus, it turns to Dragon type.
Location: You can get this item underwater from Route 128.

Dragon Fang
Dragon type moves power increased by 20%.
Location: You can get this item from Bagon or Druddigon sometimes.

Dragon Scale
Link Trade Cedra as the item is held for evolving into Kingdra.
Location: You can get this item from Sky Pillar 2F or sometimes from wild Horsea or Seadra.

Dread Plate
Dark type move power increased by 20% and if held by Arceus, it turns into Dark type.
Location: You can get this item underwater on Route 127.

Dubious Disc
Link Trade Porygon2 as the item is held for evolving into Porygon-Z.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 32BP.

Dusk Stone
This item evolves Murkrow, Misdreavus, Lampent and Doublade.
Location: You can get this item in Mauville City’s Inverse Battle Stop by winning an inverse battle.

Earth Plate
Ground type move power increased by 20% and if held by Arceus, it turns into Ground type.
Location: You can get this item underwater on Route 130.

Eject Button
Pokemon switches place with a party Pokemon when hit by an attack.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 32BP.

Electirizer
Link Trade Electabuzz as the item is held for evolving into Electivire.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 32BP.

Elixir
All moves get 10 points PP restored.
Location: You can get this item on Route 110, 111, 119 and 123.

Energy Powder
HP of a Pokemon is restored by 50 but at the cost of lower friendship.
Location: You can get this item for 500 in Lavaridge Town’s Pokemon Herb Shop.

Energy Root
HP of a Pokemon is restored by 200 but at the cost of lower friendship.
Location: You can get this item for 800 in Lavaridge Town’s Pokemon Herb Shop.

Escape Rope
This item lets you escape a dungeon or a cave.
Location: You can get this item for 550 in Poke Marts but you will need the second Gym Badge.

Ether
Move PP restored by 10.
Location: You can get this item from Petalburg City, Petalburg Woods or Route 116.

Everstone
Pokemon holding it is stopped from evolving.
Location: You can get this item from Geodude, Graveler, wild Boldore or Roggenrola sometimes.

Eviolite
A Pokemon that can evolve gets Defense and Sp Defense increase by 50%.
Location: You can get this item on Route 123’s Go Fish 123 by answering the fisherman with ‘Magikarp’ to his question.

Expert Belt
Supereffective moves power increased by 20%.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP or from Trick Master’s room in the Trick House on Route 110.

Fire Stone
This item can evolve Vulpix, Pansear, Growlithe and Eevee.
Location: n/a

Fist Plate
Fighting type moves power upped by 20% and if used by Arceus, it turns to Fighting type.
Location: n/a

Flame Orb
Holder gets Burned status condition while battling.
Location: n/a

Flame Plate
Fire type moves power upped by 20% and if used by Arceus, it turns to Fire type.

Float Stone
Weight of the Pokemon is decreased by 50%.

Fluffy Tail
This items guarantees escaping from a battle with wild Pokemon.

Focus Band
Receiving damage that would faint the Pokemon has 10% chance of getting 1 HP.

Focus Sash
Full HP is turned into 1HP when Pokemon receives a fainting hit.
Location: You can get this item in Battle Maison (Battle Resort) for 48BP.

Fresh Water
HP is restored by 50.
Location: You can get this item from a vending machine for 200.

Full Heal
Confusion and all status conditions are fixed.
Location: You can get this item from Poke Marts for 600 once you have the third Gym Badge.

Full Incense
The holding Pokemon will move later.
Location: You can get this item from Slateport Market’s Incense shop for 9600.
