There are many ways to dispose of enemies in Hitman Absolution, from slicing throats with piano wires to slicing throats with a katana. And the game challenges you to commit different genocides in different ways.

Needle Pumper
Stealthily kill people with syringes.

Undertaker
Hide bodies in body dumps.

Piano Man
Kill people with the fiberwire

Reaper Man
Kill people with point-shooting

Sandman
Choke-hold and subdue people

Dynasty Warrior
Kill people with the katana.

Dynamite Harry
Kill people with remote explosives

Gunslinger
Kill people with a revolver.

Bartender
Kill people with drink bottles.

Champion
Kill people in hand to hand combat.

Berserker
Kill people with the fire axe.

Brutus
Kill people stealthily with a knife.

Viking
Kill people with wood clubs (golf clubs)

Tank
Take damage from enemies.
