The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Soh Kofi Shrine
Soh Kofi shrine in the LoZ: BotW is located on the north side of the Lanaryu Tower, directly above the blue bridge where you meet Prince Sidon of the Zora for the first time.
During the first phase of the Guardian Scout, it will try to land some slow and easy-to-dodge hits.
Try to dodge as many as possible and land in a couple of hits where he is unguarded i.e not protected by his shield.
After a while, it will jump backward and start spinning.
When you see this, quickly get behind a pillar in order to stun it and land some more hits.
At about 50% HP, it will jump backward and start channeling lasers around it.
Having done that, it will shoot several laser blasts towards you. In order to deal with it, paraglide into the air and shoot its eye with an arrow.
At about 10% HP, it’ll start absorbing energy and will deal a massive blast of red laser beam that deals an incredible amount of damage.
You should either try to interrupt the channel or run to the sides to avoid it.
After defeating it, grab its weapons, get a Knight’s Bow from the chest, and speak with Monk Soh Kofi to grab the Spirit Orb.
