Namika Ozz shrine is located on the top of Crenel Hills, east of Hyrule Castle in the Central Hyrule. For a better reference, the shrine is located inside a large tree trunk.

In this shrine, you’re required to defeat a Guardian Scout III equipped with a Guardian Spear+ and an Ancient Battle Axe+ with 1,500 HP.
You need to try and dodge attacks followed by rushing whenever you can. You will also have to use the pillars as defense whenever the attacks get too overwhelming.
At about 50% HP, the Guardian Scout will start spinning with a laser around. At this time, you need to glide and pounce upon it.
At about 10% HP, the enemy will begin charging an attack. At this point, you can either rush it and finish it off or back away to avoid receiving any damage.
Once you’ve defeated the enemy, grab the Frostspear while you will also find a treasure chest on your way out. Speak with monk Namika Ozz to get the Spirit Orb.
