The official name of Project Scorpio is Xbox One X and Microsoft has made it loud and clear that games will look best on the new console. The new Xbox can deliver a true 4K gaming experience but even if you do not own a 4K screen you can play games at 1080p and the graphics will still be better as compared to previous consoles. Here we have all the Xbox One X confirmed games.
Xbox One X is the smallest and more powerful console coming to the market and Sony has said that they will not be afraid of the true 4K console. Taking how Sony gave this statement gives us the hint whether or not the company is scared. Xbox One X delivers all the performance that Microsoft promised but we saw nothing related to VR.
Xbox One X confirmed games are as follows:
- Gears of War 4
- Forza Horizon 3
- Killer Instinct
- Halo Wars 2
- Minecraft
- Final Fantasy XV
- Resident Evil 7
- Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands
- Rocket League
We also got to see Shadow of War in the teaser for Xbox One X but nothing was announced to that is a bit of a cliffhanger. Shadow of War is one of the most anticipated games so far and it would be very interesting to play the game in true 4K. Microsoft did make it clear that developers will decide whether they use the power of Xbox One X to support 4K or not.
At least first party games will feature true 4K support on the upcoming console. There are plenty of games to play in 4K and more will be on their way later on, after the console hits the shelves. Having a decent library of games will he vital in deciding the success of the console.
