Microsoft has announced Xbox Once Scorpio will launch in holiday 2017, and many gamers and analysts are speculating that the release of Scorpio will undermine the Xbox One. However, according to Ralph Fulton the console has lot more to offer.
Speaking with Dailystar, Creative Director Ralph Fulton, said that gamers and developers don’t need to give up on the Xbox One yet, as it has a lot to offer.
How much more can you push out of it [The Xbox One]? I would probably just say don’t give up on Xbox One, just yet.
Now this statement is backed up by the two recently released games for the console, Forza Horizon 3 and Gears Of War 4, as both of these games feature breathtakingly beautiful visual and more, and showcase that the console indeed has a lot more to offer.
He further added that it has been few years since the launch of the console, and developers are just starting to understand how things work.
Developers are always finding new ways to extract more from hardware. “We’re only a couple of years from the Xbox One launch so we’re still learning stuff. We’re still finding new ways and better ways to do things.It’s kinda a point of pride for good developers to always be pushing standards and quality on hardware.
Xbox One S is the the slimmer and the upgraded version of standard console, which support 4K upscaling and HDR, and many developers are making HDR available for their games on this console including Gears Of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3. Recently, Phil Spencer announced that Final Fantasy XV will also support HDR on Xbox One S.
