Xbox Game Pass Will Reach Its 40th Country Starting December 1

Xbox Game Pass will now release on Korea. According to Microsoft, the subscription service will release on December 1 in the region.

Xbox Game Pass is coming to its 40th country on December 1, according to Microsoft. Xbox Game Pass offers over 100 games to its subscribers in 30 countries already. Starting December 1, Korea will be Microsoft’s 40th market.

The news was shared by Microsoft on its official Xbox newswire page. The company wrote that Xbox Game Pass will allow players in Korea to expand and diversify their games library.

For those new to the feature, the subscription offers unlimited access to over one hundred great Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles for only $9.99 per month.

Starting December 1, we also say 안녕하세요 (Hello!) to our fans in Korea, as Korea becomes Xbox Game Pass’ 40th market, and underscores our ongoing commitment to give fans all over the world more options to diversify and expand their library of games.

Microsoft recently added Gears of War 4, Darksiders Warhammer Edition, Sherlock Holmes The Devil’s Daughter, This War of Mine The Little Ones, Mass Effect, Mega Man 10, and more to its Xbox Game Pass library. Unlike PlayStation Now, you can download these games directly to your hardware which eliminates the problems we face with Sony’s streaming service.

First-time users can get two weeks free trial to test Microsoft’s Game Pass service. But if you hurry up, you can get the subscription for $1 until November 27.

On a related subject, the December Xbox Games with Gold games have finally been announced, and there’s a lot of good ones among them. These include Warhammer: The End Times–Vermintide, Back To The Future: The Game 30th Anniversary Edition, Child of Eden, and Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death, all for Xbox consoles.
