Xbox users have been looking forward to Xbox Game Pass since its announcement back in February, however, some got to test it out with the Alpha preview for this service. However, the Xbox Game Pass alpha preview is coming to end next week as the launch of this service is close.
Those who have access to the insider app on Xbox One are reporting that Xbox Game Pass alpha preview will be ending next week on April 28, 2017. The app also pops up a message detailing how the feedback from the alpha preview helped devs and that the service will be available this Spring.

The announcement of Xbox Game Pass has created a lot of buzz, however, not everyone is impressed by the service or thinks that it would be a big success. According to Michael Patcher, gaming research analyst for Wedbush Securities, Microsoft will not be able to replicate the success of Netflix through its Xbox Game Pass service. He added that so far Game Pass service offers no titles that are newly released and this is not a good thing for the service.
Xbox Game Pass is an Xbox One exclusive service that lets gamers play over hundred Xbox One games each month for a monthly subscription fee. Given that PS Now is available on PC many were expecting that Microsoft’s service would also come to PC but according to Microsoft, it won’t come to PC.
