There are a total of 10 Health Upgrades located in the Campaign Mode of Wolfenstein: The New Order which tend to increase the overall HP of your character.
Wolfenstein: The New Order Health Upgrades Locations
Just like Armor Upgrade, each of these Health Upgrades increase HP of your character by +10. Picking up all of these Health Upgrades will mark the total HP at 200.
Most of these upgrades are pretty easy to find and are located inside different vaults. I have listed down locations for all possible Health Upgrades which indeed come in very handy.
Health Upgrade #1
Where to Find: Chapter #2
On the second floor of the Asylum, you will come across a small office (near the reception) with a safe inside it. You need to trip the wires to open up this safe and collect the Health Upgrade.

Where to Find: Chapter #3
While interrogating the Nazi Commander, open up the wooden cabinet nearby and collect the Health Upgrade.

Where to Find: Chapter #3
After riding the elevator, head up and keep on going straight until you spot a reel of wire on your right. Behind this reel of wire will be another Health Upgrade.

Where to Find: Chapter #5
In the Kreisau Circle, you will come across a small room (near Max’s bedroom) with a bed inside. Get some rest there and you will find a Health Upgrade on the side-table after waking up.

Where to Find: Chapter #6
This Health Upgrade will be located inside the Main Lobby area. You will come across a safe on the left side which you need to open by hotwiring.

Where to Find: Chapter #7
You just need to repeat what you did during Chapter #5 to get this Health Upgrade.
Health Upgrade #7
Where to Find: Chapter #9
You will come across a bed inside the HQ. Give those fists some rest and you will find the Health Upgrade after waking up.
Health Upgrade #8
Where to Find: Chapter #10
Once you have raised the water level, swim deep to find a safe suspended in the water. You need to hotwire this safe to get this Health Upgrade.
Health Upgrade #9
Where to Find: Chapter #12
You will see a small room located on your right side after getting down from the helicopter. You need to head inside this small room and open up a safe to get the upgrade.
Health Upgrade #10
Where to Find: Chapter #13
You need to ascend the stairs located inside Moon Base war room which will take you to a locked door. Head left from this room and the upgrade will be inside a safe.
