Vampyr will soon be upon us as the game will release next month and while developer DONTNOD Entertainment has revealed system requirements for the game but, Nvidia has come forward and revealed Vampyr system requirements to play it at 1080, 1440 and 4K resolution with a steady 60 FPS at the high graphical preset.
First of all, let us take a look at Vampyr system requirements for 4K 60 FPS at high preset. In terms of CPU, the game demands Intel Core i7-3930K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 with 3.2 GHz clock speed to run the game at 4K 60 FPS at high graphical preset along with a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and 16 GB of RAM.
4k/60 FPS @ High Graphical Preset
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
- CPU: Intel Core i7-3930K (3.2 GHz)/AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3.2 GHz)
- RAM: 16GB
- Hard Disk Space: 20GB
- OS: Windows 7/8/10 (64 bits)
To run the game at 1440p with 60 FPS at the high graphical preset, the game demands Intel Core i7-3930K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 with GTX 1070 and 16 GB RAM.
Last but not least, to run the game at 1080p with 60 FPS at high graphical preset you will need Intel Core i7-3930K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, GTX 1060 or a GTX 970 and 16 GB RAM.
Vampyr system requirements to run the game 60 FPS at high graphical preset seems quite reasonable and the CPU and RAM demand for the game remains the same.
Vampyr is a new IP from developer Dontnod Entertainment and the studio has confirmed that the game will not get any DLC. According to the studio, they have plans for what they can do in the game’s universe.
This is a purely solo experience; we did not plan DLC. We would prefer, if the reception of the game justifies it, to think about a sequel. We and Dontnod already have some ideas, as there are so many incredible things to offer in such a universe.
Vampyr is an action adventure RPG in development at DONTNOD Entertainment and is scheduled to launch on June 5, 2018, for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
