Over 100 countries have proven that PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds still has a lot of fans, now that the PUBG mobile game has released. The game, which has now reached mobile devices like iPhones and Androids, though there’s no indication of how many players it actually has yet. We’ll probably find out later.
PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has always been a popular game ever since it was first released back in early 2017 on Steam’s Early Access page. With millions and millions of installs and players, even the release of Fortnite’s own Battle Royale mode hasn’t dampened it much.
The PUBG mobile game managed to reach the top of the charts in a single week, though it still hasn’t passed games like Pokemon Go or Clash Royale in terms of total downloads. However, there’s still a great deal of competition from other games, particularly PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds’s closest rival, Fortnite.
The game includes bots to help people play, though there’s no telling how good these bots are.
The Fortnite mobile game which also came out recently is also proving itself highly popular, to the extent that teachers in schools are complaining that kids are being distracted while playing the game in class.
The PUBG mobile game also can bring in various other accusations, particularly since Bluehole has been rather slow to respond to a variety of problems related to the game, such as hackers and cheaters along with content updates that have yet to be added at all.
While hopefully the PUBG mobile game won’t be able to be so easily hacked by cheaters, there’s no telling what exactly the game has in store for it, especially when the PC and Xbox One versions of the game are already out and also have to be updated, something that Bluehole has been very slow with.
