This week’s episode of The Next Segment starts off with the announcement of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. It’s unlikely that there’s any bigger news to take on, so might as well be upfront with it.

Publisher Square Enix announced the sequel to Human Revolution for PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. The first trailer immediately gets bloody in a big way.

There are even more announcements this week, namely Lego Dimensions, which is its own version of Skylanders-like figurines. Here, the special thing about the toys is that they’ll come in bricks, ready to be assembled.

We also get a tiny look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, which was teased ever so gently. Luckily, it’s possible to dive into the source code of the game’s site to reveal more info, such as the return of Zombies.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt got a new trailer as well. It may be a little awkward at times and likely will have too much gratuitous content for some, but it’s hard to deny that the game doesn’t look spectacular.

On The Next Segment, we also look back at the departure of Don Mattrick, who most people will know for that one Xbox One reveal that didn’t go too well. Mattrick has left a CEO position at Farmville makers Zynga, after only a brief period.

Weirder still, the ex-Xbox exec took all the spotlight away from two other people who left large companies. Steve Papoutsis of Visceral has said goodbye to EA and Capcom Europe’s CEO is gone after only four short months.

Oh, of course Five Nights at Freddy’s comes back to haunt us, since the announcement of a possible movie deal has many foaming at the mouth. Just imagine if that spawns as many moves as quickly as there have been game iterations.
