The Division is one of the biggest game launches of this year. However, the game had issues at launch which the developers fixed with updates but still gamers are skeptical about the game. Those of you who are waiting to try the game on PC are in luck as the game will be free for the weekend.

Ubisoft has announced that the PC version of The Division will be free for the weekend starting today at 10 AM PST and will end at 1 PM on December 18. Players will have full access to the base game and the additional content updates. However, the DLCs for the game will be off limits.

If you decide to purchase the full game then your progress, that you made during the free weekend, will be carried over to the full game. Also, the game is available for half the price ($25) during this weekend and the Gold edition that includes the season pass is available for $45.

Also, the game is to receive an update this week that will bring DirectX 12 support to the game.
