Team Ninja Wants New Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball Game

Team Ninja wants to make another Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball game! They will if you show enough interest in it!

What we have mostly heard about the DOA series recently has been in connection with Dead or Alive 5 Last Round; whether it was about the game being delayed to March 30, or the fact that the game creator isn’t happy at Team Ninja for making the title more erotic.

It seems, however, that the developers are also thinking about revisiting something that has not seen a release in almost a decade. Those of you who have been with the franchise for a considerable time would remember Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball as well as its successor, Xtreme 2 (DOAX2).

It took Team Ninja over eight years after the release of Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 to finally think that they should make another game for the series.

Producer Yosuke Hayashi was recently talking to Famitsu, the Japanese magazine about the DOA franchise and its future where the Xtreme Beach Volleyball series came up in questions.

So apparently, many of the developers at their studio want to work on a new Xtreme Beach Volleyball game for the latest generation of consoles. Hayashi went on to say that the game could be made using the Soft Engine because fans had like the way it can work.

Last but not the least, Hayashi mentioned that all this was dependant on the demand for such a title in the community; if there are enough people who really want Team Ninja to make it, they will.

Don’t you think they are, in so many words, asking us to somehow show them how interested we are in this idea?

Would you like another Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball game for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One?
