While Take-Two may bring a playable version of Red Dead Redemption 2 to E3 2018, do not expect the company to share anything else during the event. If you were hoping to see the rumored Bully 2 alongside Red Dead Redemption 2 this year, according to Take-Two, that is not going to happen.
Take-Two President Karl Slatoff spoke during an investor’s meeting and stated that while Take-Two will have a presence at E3 this year, the company won’t have anything new to show this year. Well, of course, Red Dead Redemption 2 could be there in some capacity.
Next month at E3 in Los Angeles we will have a corporate booth and the show floor we will not be showing any new products, but we will be holding business development, investor relations, media and sales meeting throughout the show.
The original Bully released almost a decade ago and it is about time we get another game. However, it seems that’s not happening anytime soon, at least not before the release of the next Red Dead Redemption. As for Red Dead Redemption 2, the game is releasing later this year on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
With the release of Red Dead Redemption 2, Take-Two is expecting a record number of sales and exceptional revenue growth. They expect 2019 to be a record-breaking year for the company. Sales of Grand Theft Auto 5 are still growing with 95 million copies sold worldwide. Meanwhile, NBA 2K18 became the best selling sports game from Take-Two with over 9 million copies sold.
