Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6 are one of the biggest games in works by Bethesda. We got to hear about these games first at E3. Since then there’s nothing much we have heard about them. But to know, we will have to wait for more much longer from now as confirmed by Pete Hines.
Speaking to Eurogamer, Pete Hines of Bethesda confirmed that any new information about Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6 will not come for a while from now.
He knows that these games got announced earlier as compared to other games from Bethesda. Though the time frame for the development phase is still going to be the same as previous games from Bethesda.
Pete Hines says that the fans should expect the time between Fallout 76, Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 as much there was in games between like Skyrim, Fallout 4 or Fallout 4 and Fallout 76.

A while from now and a really long while from now! Respectively. Actually, I should not be quite so dismissive of the question, which is to say – the timeframe for Bethesda Game Studios titles has not changed at all. What changed was our desire to lay out a roadmap of those titles, not like, hey they’re going to be putting out a game every nine months, no, it still takes them years in between projects, but because we were doing something so different on Fallout 76, taking that franchise in such a different direction, doing an online game that doesn’t look like something you’d expect from BGS, we thought it was important to say: hey, new IP, single player, sci-fi thing coming, hey we are doing TES6 after that. So that people didn’t start spinning off on, like, that’s the end of single player games from Bethesda Games Studios. Timeframe-wise, it would still be about as long as you’d expect when you look at Fallout 3 to Skyrim to Fallout 4 to Fallout 76. It’s still going to be those periods of time, that hasn’t changed. Or at least, I don’t think it will change from that based on what I know.
Now according to what Hines said. We should expect SF to come after at least 3 or 4 years to be the least. That means the game will release around sometime in 2021 or 22. Now for TES6, it’s going to shock you as it’s not coming till 2025.
Looking at the possibilities, we will get to play these games on next-gen consoles like PS5 and Xbox Scarlet.
Well thank god, Fallout 76 is releasing next month. You can start playing it on November 14 on Xbox One, PC and PS4.
