Good news folks, the third Disney Infinity 3.0 play set, the one awakening the force within through the Star Wars The Force Awakens theme, is now available for purchase and play.
It brings you a number of new characters as well as unlockable characters from Star Wars Twilight of the Republic, Star Wars Rise Against The Empire, and Star Wars Rebels.
In all honesty, a more extensive play set would have suited Star Wars The Force Awakens considering the hype that it has generated. It doesn’t get bigger than Barack Obama calling the movie screening “the most important thing happening at the White House,” so don’t mind if we consider the treatment a little underwhelming.
Any how, the new Disney Infinity 3.0 play set does allow you to play the new characters namely Finn, Rey, Poe Dameron and most importantly Kylo Ren – the big baddie. Here’s what Disney is saying about it:
Star Wars: The Force Awakens Play Set includes playable characters Finn, a soldier on a path to adventure and danger, and Rey, a true survivor who is resourceful and capable. Individual character figures Poe Dameron, the trusted pilot of the Resistance who uses his expert flying skills to travel the galaxy, and Kylo Ren, an enforcer for the First Order who terrorizes the galaxy with devious acts, are also available, as well as the Star Wars: The Force Awakens-themed Power Disc Pack.
Star Wars The Force Awakens play set is going to cost you $34.99 while the Power Disc Pack and the Poe Dameron and Kylo Ren character figures are going to be sold separately for $10 and $14 respectively.
