EA Access subscribers can download and play Star Wars Battlefront on Xbox right now. Members get to play the game for up to 10 hours before its release next week.
If you subscribe to EA Access, simply enter the app, go to the games and select Battlefront to start the download. The entire game is just 19GB in total, and once it’s downloaded you’ll be free to play it earlier than everyone else.
During the 10-hour rental, you will have access to the full game and can earn some achievements as well. All your progress and unlocks will be transferred over to the full game, if you later decide to purchase the full game.
You can subscribe to EA Access for £3.99 a month or £19.99 for a 12 month period. The service offers extensive previews of upcoming titles at least the week before their release, and full games on demand thanks to its vault.
Star Wars Battlefront officially releases on November 17th. The game will be available at a 10% discount through EA Access if purchase digitally.
