After surviving the Old House and defeating Marguerite, you should receive a call from Zoe who will ask you to meet her at her camper located in the Yard. After you head there, you will find her missing.
In order to find her, head over to the Dissection Room. Once inside, you should be able to find a dead body. Proceed towards the dead body and interact with it in order to find the Snake Key stuck in the body’s throat.
As mentioned earlier, you will unlock a number of areas and find a few items scattered across the residence. Moreover, you should also be able to find and complete a Hidden Puzzle that rewards you with the Stabilizer that increases Ethan’s reload speed.
