At the very beginning, you will get a mandatory battel with the Gillian and Cam as they will throw their Klink an Helioptile for the fight.

Ignore the south path and go to the one on right and at the end of the very first grass patch, you will find Shed Shell into the grove of trees.
Now come back and go to the south path and you will get three Heal Balls in the center of the grass patch. There you will meet Cook Stuart and will have to fight his Applin.

Go to the grass patch on the right and get yourself TM31 Attract in the corner. On the left area of the route 5 campsite, you will also find two hidden Big Mushrooms.
There you will have two trainers blocking your way. One Debra with her Minccino and Steenee, while Adrian with Stufful, Ralts, and Cutiefly.

After that you will see a building, that is Pokemon Nursery and you can get inside and talk to the lady with the Toxel and she will just give that to you and also drops five Exp Candies XS.

You will have to fight them both with their Zigzagoon(Galarian) and Thievul, for round two you will also face Sableye.
