Trainers assemble! Pokémon Sun and Moon 5th global mission has begun, and its goal is pretty unique. This time you will have to hatch over 200,000 eggs; it seems pretty hard to reach such a goal, but commitment is the key to success. Isn’t it?
If the goal is reached, Pokemon Global Link members who have joined the event will receive 4,000 Festival Coins, while not PGL trainers will earn 2,000 Festival Coins.
Pokémon Sun and Moon 5th global mission has also a bonus goal of 400,000 hatched eggs that will give PGL trainers a Love Ball.
To get started you’ll have to visit Festival Plaza and speak to the receptionist in the castle. She will let you join the global mission.
Is this global mission too hard?
Pokémon Sun and Moon is hot topic these days, but not only for the global mission; Game Freak and The Pokemon Company have in fact been banning thousands of players because of altering their online save files.
It’s a prohibited conduct that can even affect online battles and stats, so it’s no wonder the companies have started taking measures.
As far as numbers are concerned, rumor has it that over 6,000 trainers have been banned in January, followed by other 7,000 dismissed players.
When banned, you won’t be able to use the online features of the games anymore, with the error code 090-0212 showing up. However, if you have been mistakenly thrown out, just talk with the games’ support and report them the code.
Pokemon Sun and Moon are two RPG video games developed by Game Freak that launched on November 18th, 2016, in North America for Nintendo 2DS, 3DS and New 3DS. You can read our review of the games here.
