Switch Porn pirates have been an issue and Nintendo has been trying its best to keep its reputation clean. While the Nintendo Switch has been a very quick selling console, with the high userbase come Switch Porn pirates. While modding is something that can be taken as a blessing in disguise, Nintendo is still trying to maintain a PG-13 stance.
Nintendo has been banning users that have been trying to mod the Nintendo Switch. Other than that we heard a few weeks back that there was an exploit in the system that allowed the Nintendo Switch to be hacked and this allowed hackers to run homebrew software on the console. This also opened doors to pirated games.
We have recently noted that the exploit is not present in some consoles that are present at retailers. This could mean that Nintendo has patched the issue from the factory. This means that while patching the exploit with a software update might not be possible, Nintendo does have a solution to the matter and the company is implementing the changes in the consoles that are now becoming available in the market. People are also getting banned from playing games that have not been played legally.
PornHub pictures can be spotted on Luigi’s balloons. How is that so? The balloons feature the avatars of users and users are putting on explicit pictures from PornHub and other similar sites and they are showing up on these balloons. This is just one example of how Switch Porn Pirates are trying to dirty the waters, so to speak.
Taking modding into account, this is a very minor instance but parents are looking into the matter and they are not very happy with these cases. It is safe to say that Nintendo is very touchy when it comes to their reputation and if the company is going to be pushed further then the sleeping lords at the company are going to rain hell down on the people that have been naughty.

Panic Button, the devs that have brought a couple of games to the device talked about development and optimization for the Switch and the following is what the devs had to say in this regard:
It always feels like we’re squeezing every last drop out of the hardware when heads down into the project, but after the games ship, we always wind up taking a breath and looking back and saying ‘what if we tried this…’ or ‘I bet we could have optimized ’, and then we try those things the next time. There’s always something else you can optimize.
