Monster Hunter: World is set to launch later this month and if you are wondering how long will it take to complete the game then we have the answer to that.
Famitsu has published the review for the upcoming Monster Hunter: World and Resetera user ‘TheDkmariolink’ has posted some of the highlights of the review.
According to the review, the game’ singleplayer takes around 50 to 60 hours to complete and even after that, the game has an incredible replay value.
In related news, with some games introducing microtransactions in single-player titles such as Shadow of War, Capcom has confirmed that Monster Hunter: World will not feature microtransactions.
According to series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto and game director Yuuya Tokuda, the game already features randomized loot and including loot boxes will not make any sense.
Furthermore, the PC version of the game will see release in Autumn 2018. According to game producer Royozo Tsujimoto, the game is being properly optimized for PC but that will take time and that is the reason why the game will be released in Autumn.
this is our first PC title and it’s something we want to make sure we get right. So rather than have it taking up resources during the console development and not it not being able to have our full attention on it. We want to get the console out the door and then we’re going to take some extra time and try and get the PC version as good as possible.
Also, Monster Hunter: World will not feature any microtransactions but, the DLC will also be free for the game. Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto confirmed that Monster Hunter: World DLC will be free like it always has been in the franchise saying “We will continue to release free quests as we always have”.
Monster Huner World is also getting a “Rathalos Edition” but, this Rathalos Edition will exclusively launch in France.
However, a North American release of this special edition might not be out of the cards. Depending on results in France we can expect a later release in rest of the Europe.
Monster Hunter: World is an open-world action adventure game developed by Capcom and is scheduled to launch on January 26, 2018, for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and the PC version will launch later this year.
