It looks like Sony is giving PlayStation Plus members a couple of nice little treats next month. Members will get Helldivers and Nom Nom Galaxy for free on PlayStation 4.
There are always more than a couple of games added to the free PlayStation Plus library, so expect more details soon regarding what’s to come on Vita and PS3.
In related PlayStation news, Sony announced a new company called Sony Interactive Entertainment. This new baby came into existence after the merger of Sony Network Entertainment and Sony Computer Entertainment. Sony Interactive Entertainment will handle all this PlayStation from now on.
The formation of SIE will create an even stronger PlayStation. That means an even bigger emphasis on developing pioneering platforms like PS4 and PlayStation VR, world-class games from our World Wide Studios development teams, and innovative network services such as PlayStation Vue.
Sony claims that this merger will power the next 20 years of innovation at PlayStation. Sony is working hard to make sure PlayStation is the best place to play.
Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (SIE) should now be considered as the HQ for all things PlayStation. This new company is based in San Mateo, California, and will combine talents and strengths of both companies (SCE and SNE).
