Customizing your spartan ID card will benefit you in two ways; it will unlock you a few achievements and then, custom ID definitely looks cooler.

Armorer (5G)
Requirement – Changed your Spartan’s armor in the Spartan Armor card
Enter the Spartan Customization hud and then choose the Spartan Armor. You will get the following options:
- Helmet
- Torso
- Left Shoulder
- Forearms
- Legs
- Visor
To unlock the achievement, select a location to customize and then press right stick to choose any armor other than Recruit. This will unlock you the achievement.
Badge (5G)
Requirement – Changed your Emblem in the Spartan ID card.
Enter the Spartan Customization hud and then choose the Spartan ID (Emblem). You will get the following options:
- Service Tag
- Emblem
- Emblem Colours
- Stance
- Gender
Change the emblem to unlock the achievement.
PWND (5G)
Requirement – Changed your Service Tag in the Spartan ID card.
Again, enter the Spartan Customization hud and then choose the Spartan ID (Emblem). You will get the following options to choose from:
- Service Tag
- Emblem
- Emblem Colours
- Stance
- Gender
What a Poser (5G)
Requirement – Changed your Spartan’s pose in the Spartan ID card.
To be a poser, enter the Spartan Customization hud and then choose the Spartan ID (Stance). You will get the following options to choose from:
- Service Tag
- Emblem
- Emblem Colours
- Stance
