Gotham Knights has several suits for you to craft and unlock. These suits come with their own distinct appearance and stats. Transmog is an in-game feature that allows you to change the appearance of your current suit to look like another suit while retaining its original stats.
Hence, if you like the stats of a particular suit but want the appearance of another, you can use transmog to get the better of both worlds in Gotham Knights. The following guide will show you how.
How to unlock transmog
The transmog feature is already available from the start, so you do not need to unlock it. You do have to have two suits on hand: one to equip for its stats and another to copy its appearance.
When ready, head to the Belfry to equip a suit. Then head into the Gear tab to choose the Styles option.
From here, you can scroll through all available transmog options in the game, basically the ones you have unlocked. When you have found a suit that looks fetching, press Apply Transmog to change the appearance of your current, equipped suit to the one you have just chosen.
You can only transmog a suit as a whole. There is currently no option to transmog individual parts of a suit like gloves or boots.
Do also note that you cannot customize a suit after using transmog. You can, however, revert the suit to its original appearance by tapping the Revert option at the bottom of the screen.
If you are not too fond of using transmog, you can always use colorways to change the color of your suits.
