As the release for Final Fantasy XV is getting closer the developers have been revealing new details about the game. Now game director, Hajime Tabta has revealed that Final Fantasy XV will look beautiful on PlayStation 4 Pro but will not take full advantage of the console.
Speaking with Gameblog, Hajime Tabata explained that the development team did not came to know about the PlayStation 4 Pro long ago, and due to short time they will not be able to take full advantage of PlayStation 4 Pro’s upgraded hardware, and they also have been not able to show something substantial.
However, he assured fans that there is still time before the game launches and PlayStation 4 Pro patch will be available at launch, and the game will be optimized for the console and will definitely look more beautiful.
While the game will be purely a singleplayer experience and no online mode will be featured for the game not even co-op, but according to Hajime Tabata, co-op mode for the game is not off the table and could be featured if enough fans want it.
Also the Final Fantasy XV was delayed to November 29, so that developers could avoid a day one patch, but the game will receive a day one patch. Recently, it was revealed that Hajime Tabata and his team will be focusing over the camera issues in the day one patch for Final Fantasy XV.
Final Fantasy XV is an open world action RPG in development at Square Enix, and is scheduled to launch on November 29, 2016 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
