With Final Fantasy 15 coming out in a few days Nvidia has already roled Final Fantasy 15 Game Ready Driver which obviously brings performance boost for the PC version of the game along with up to 7% performance increase for PUBG.
While Nvidia has rolled out some performance stats for games like PUBG, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, and World of Tanks but there are no stats regarding how much Final Fantasy 15 Game Ready Driver will increase the performance for the game itself. Nvidia Driver 391.01 – WHQL is now available for download.
Not only that, Final Fantasy 15 PC demo is also available for download on Steam and requires around 21 GB of HDD space because of the inclusion of 4K textures.
As for the full release, the game requires Over 155 GB HDD Space on PC and the reason why the install size is so big is the inclusion of 4K textures. However, if you don’t want to use the 4K textures, then you will need over 100 GB of HDD Space to install the game.
Furthermore, the PC version of Final Fantasy 15 will not use Denuvo DRM. This would come as a relief who were looking to buy the Final Fantasy 15 Windows Edition as generally Denuvo is considered to drop game’s performance significantly.
With the game coming out on PC soon, Square Enix expects the game to sell 2 million units on PC to reach the 10 million sales mark. According to game director, Hajime Tabata, the game has currently sold 7 million units.
