An independent studio, elite3d, have updated their website and announced that they are co-developing Call Of Duty 2016 with Infinity Ward, the studio behind Ghosts and Modern Warfare games.
elite3d Studio specializes in motion capture, 3D art, objects and concepts, animations and more. The full list of their services and specialization can be viewed on their official website page. They also announced on their website that Activision visited their Studio in Christmas 2015.
According to elite3d website, the studio has worked on Star Citizen, Ryse Son Of Rome, Hitman and many other games .

Infinity Ward has not yet announced this year’s Call Of Duty but they are hard at work creating the next COD game. Recently, a job listing at official website of Activision posted a job listing looking for a visual effects artist.
Regarding the job opening the site states:
Infinity Ward is looking for a Temporary Visual Effects Artist responsible for creating visual effects for our next title.
It is needless to say that the next title will be this year’s Call of Duty. In the details the site provided about the job opening sates that the artist will be creating realistic explosions, demolition [and] destruction(Obviously Call Of Duty).
Call of Duty is Activision’s billion dollar franchise with each title in the series launching annually for consoles and PC.
