Mercury is a boiling desert, the remnants of a lush forest world. It is now a machine planet, transformed by the Vex which functions as their home base as they try and take over the universe.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury Lost Sector Location
There is only one Lost Sector on the planet Mercury known as Pariah’s Refuge. Finding it is not that difficult since the planet is round and traversing it is quite easy.
In order to find the Lost Sector, all you need to do is to make your way to the edge of the planet and then move around in a circle while looking over the edges and towards the center to find the Lost Sector. Eventually, you will see the symbol of the Lost Sector on a large rock. Now look nearby and you will eventually find the entrance to the Lost Sector.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury Region Chests
As you will know by now, these are yellow chests which can reward you with various different rewards. On the planet of Mercury, you will receive 2 or 3 Mercury Tokens along with a Rare/Legendary drop. You should try to find them since their rewards are massive.
Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury Infinite Forest
As you will have already read in the introduction, Mercury was once full of forests before it was transformed by the Vex to a machine world as their home base. They had a plan to rule the galaxy so they stripped most of it and build a simulated Infinite Forest.
The Forest will be segmented into three different spaces which will provide you Strike experiences each time you play them. There are various different things that you can do in the Infinite Forest so remember to check it out.
The Forest is a simulation whose main purpose is to carry out tests on certain algorithms to determine the infinite number of possibilities for each action. Quite a few adventures take place here.
The Forest looks like LEGO locks which have been randomized. The map is not procedurally generated but has a number of random scenarios along with the presence of every single combatant race for engaging and never ending gameplay.
Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury Public Event
As you will know, Public Events are a great way to get rewards and compete with other players. There is going to be one Public Event on Mercury that we know of as of this moment. It involves you moving between different platforms and taking out enemies and completing objectives until you face the Vex Gate Lord to reap your rewards.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury NPC – Brother Vance
Brother Vance is perhaps the only significant NPC on Mercury. You can find him right in the middle of the Lighthouse, which is the main hub of the planet.
He is the one from whom you will trade all of the rewards and tokens. You can cash in your Mercury Tokens here as well to get the Legendary Engram and see what loot is inside. His drops, for the most part, will be Curse of Osiris specific gear.

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury Redeemable Drops and Strikes
You will find two kinds of drops when you are out exploring the surface of Mercury. Mercury tokens are dropped as rewards when participating in activities and they can be used to increase your reputation with Brother Vance and work your way towards the Legendary Engram.
Simulation Seeds are the second droppable object and they also reward you with reputation, albeit a little less than the Mercury Tokens.
There are two different Strikes for you to complete on Mercury known as A Garden World and the Tree of Probabilities. The Heroic Strikes Playlist will also make a return with certain changes as a part of this expansion.
Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Mercury Lighthouse
This is the main Social Hub of the planet. It was present in the original Destiny but is back with a few changes. Unlike the previous game, every player can access the Lighthouse and use it for quite a few things.
Brother Vance is found in the Lighthouse and is the main vendor who will give you missions and activities. The Lighthouse also has The Forge which you can use to craft Curse of Osiris weapons.
You can also purchase 11 Lost Prophecy Verses which are quests with unique weapon rewards. Lastly, there are certain mysteries like the 5 symbolized books which can give you rewards.
