As Cyberpunk 2077 gets ever closer to being released, CD Projekt RED has seen fit to release some new Cyberpunk 2077 screenshots, all of which show the sort of places you’ll likely be frequenting when the game actually comes out. And, as you’d expect from CD Projekt RED, all of them are beautiful.
There have been multiple different screenshot sets thatwere released following the game’s showing at Gamescom, showing off things like combat, dialogue, and today with the various snazzy cars and city locations you’ll become familiar with.
The new Cyberpunk 2077 screenshots definitely convey the sort of dirty and crowded urban sprawl that Night City is supposed to be. Boasting a huge gap between the rich and the poor, each of the screenshots, despite looking technically stunning, boasts a huge amount of trash too.
With the new Cyberpunk 2077 screenshots ranging from burning piles of garbage or flaming cars, to various cramped black markets and shantytowns for the homeless, Night City will provide a wide variety of locales for you to travel around during the plot of the game.
There will likely be a lot more spectacular areas to visit when Cyberpunk 2077 actually comes out next April, but until then these various screenshots will be all that we’re getting out of it. With luck, we’ll be seeing more gameplay from Cyberpunk too between release and now.
If you’re impatient to get at least some exposure to the Cyberpunk world, however, you can gather a few friends and go through a game of Cyberpunk RED, a tabletop game that takes place in the Cyberpunk universe and that is considered canon to the 2077 game.
That should help to keep you at least somewhat occupied until the game comes out. Otherwise, you can expect to be able to pick up Cyberpunk 2077 on the Xbox One, Playstation 4, Google Stadia, and PC on April 16 of 2020. You can see the new Cyberpunk 2077 screenshots for yourself on this page.
