Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay is expected to be shared at E3 2018 but according to CD Projekt RED, it won’t be shared before its ready. However, expect a video teaser before they are ready to share a full gameplay reveal.
Speaking at Pareto Securities Gaming Seminar 2018, Piotr Nielubowicz and Adam Kiciński of CD Projekt RED were asked about the gameplay reveal to which Piotr Nielubowicz replied by saying that they will share it “when it’s ready” but then Adam Kiciński added that players should expect something before “it’s ready.”
Going by this statement and the rumor that CD Projekt RED is going share Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay at E3 2018, we can expect some form of a gameplay video before E3 2018; probably around April or May. According to the publishers listed by E3’s official website, the developer will appear at the biggest gaming event of the year. Cyberpunk is a big game with 60+ hours of story content so naturally, it is going to take time to develop.
In fact, Piotr Nielubowicz and Adam Kiciński stated that Cyberpunk 2077 is their “new Witcher 3.” The Witcher 3 was a massive game with quality content driving it. Same is expected from Cyberpunk which should release sometime next year.
A final release date or at least a release window should be shared this year. The title is heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. According to CD RED, Cyberpunk is a true RPG and hardcore fans would enjoy playing it. CD RED is calling it a “true RPG.”
