PlayStation and Xbox have been in the game for a long time, these two dominate the mainstream console gaming market with no major competition except Nintendo. Both consoles are now available in China as well, after a long ban.
While the West failed to produce a worthy opponent for these two consoles, China is trying its best with a new machine called Fuze F1. The very first time you look at it you’ll notice it being very similar to PlayStation 4 in terms of its design.
Meanwhile, its controller is almost an exact replica of Xbox One controller.
It uses a 4GHz CPU, 500GB HDD, 4GB RAM, 852Mhz and 32GB ROM. The machine was showed at a press event today in Beijing.
It is an Android powered machine and costs 899RMB (US$138).
Fuze CEO Wang Feng has some high goals, saying that he hopes that the company outlives its competition – PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo. Fuze F1 is light but feels cheap, well it is cheap.
What’s really going for Fuze F1 is that many notable names of the gaming industry are on board with it including Keiji Inafune, Koei Tecmo, and Arc System to bring titles to its console.
