This is because alongside a ton of other interesting content and Easter Eggs that Bethesda Softworks has put into the game, they have also included the Two and a Half Men famed, controversy-marked, celebrity.
Users on Reddit shared an image from within Fallout 4 showing off what really looks like Charlie Sheen doing something so relatable at this point in time. The dialogue written in front of him reads:
Newspapers just like to stir up trouble.
Fans are coming up with some really creative ways of relating real life events with the game world, which only adds to the overall experience.
If you go through some of the comments below you will see comments like “he’s still bitter about the media over two centuries later,” or “they say the only things that will survive a nuclear war are cockroaches and Charlie Sheen.”
