The performance level for CoD Mobile is much higher as compared to other battle royale titles having on-screen controls, providing the players with smooth gameplay that you can play for hours.
CoD Mobile has a lot in common with games like Fortnite, PUBG Mobile, Knives Out, Rules of Survival such as the Buildings containing loot on the floor, auto-loot, auto-open doors, on-screen touch controls, the works.
Mostly it is hard for the players who are not used to the on-screen controls therefore, it may take time to adjust. Another addition to the game is the Apex Legend-like Ping system, this feature enables you to point out items and areas to inform your teammates about equipment/adversaries.

Simple Mode vs Advanced Mode
Initially you’ll find the Simple mode interesting but, it’s applications and the hipfire accuracy will disappoint you because the Simple Mode gives away your location, since the automatic firing is a major drawback.
However, the Advance Mode will provide you with your desired tools. ADS, crouch, jump, Dual-stick movement, a different fire button (situated on the left side of the screen).
The hipfire can be used in a situation where you’re too close to your opponent. But aiming down the sight of your weapon is more advised because the hipfire can be tricky and inaccurate.
When your position is perfect, you can ADS on the right part of your screen, use the right side to aim and on the left, you’ll see a fire button. Just keep in mind that this move set can be dangerous while performing close-range combats.
Game Modes
The Standard multiplayer playlist lets you pick a mode from five game modes: Practice VS AI, Domination, Frontline, Team Deathmatch, Search and Destroy.
Out of these five modes, Frontline and Team Deathmatch are quite similar, the main aim is to kill adversaries with your team and reach a score limit. The only thing that differentiates these two modes is that you’ll only spawn in the same spot in Frontline.
Search and Destroy is a mode in which the player is given a single life each round. You’ll have to plant a bomb at the given location and prevent the opponents from defusing it, whereas Domination is a point-control mode.
Practice vs AI is a mode where you can test your skills and gain experience before facing real adversaries.
Random selection of maps and Team Deathmatch are featured in Ranked playlists. In order to receive Ranked Rewards, you’ll have to practice your Team Deathmatch skills.
Battle Royale Tips
CoD Mobile Battle Royale has some hot zones where you can drop to find loots, it depends on the location where you drop. On the COD Mobile map, the locations having the best loot are Launch, Nuclear Plant, Shipment, Killhouse, and Standoff.
The locations having decent loot available are Sakura, Estate, Pipeline, and Countdown. And the lowest available loot on the map is in Nuketown, Farm, Overgrown and Diner.
The hottest spots for loot are always the most populated ones. Therefore, start from the medium and low loot and make your way to the end. This way you’ll have minimum chances of getting killed. Be careful when visiting the populated areas and be prepared to encounter adversaries.

Best Weapons
Assault Rifles
AK47- is the most dangerous weapon in COD: Mobile, it has high damage of 70. Even with fewer hits it can cause serious damage to the opponent. However, in terms of accuracy, this weapon is not that impressive with an accuracy of 45 which means that its recoil is hard to control.
M4- is the most known weapon in COD: Mobile having 4 attachments slots; out of which 3 are used for different attachments and the remaining 1 is used for scope. It does less damage than AK47 but, that can be ignored by its accuracy of 70 meaning its recoil is very low.
M4 has a decent range and an impressive fire rate of 60 making it the most dangerous and deadly weapon. M16- is a balanced weapon and can fire bullets on single/burst mode. It has a low Fire Rate but, a powerful range, accuracy, damage along with 4 attachments slots.
Sniper Rifles
M21 EBR- can kill the opponent with a single shot when hit on the head and can kill the opponent with double shots by aiming for the vest. It has a pre-applied scope and is a very dangerous weapon.
DLQ33- is a replica of M21 EBR having a front stand. This weapon is a balanced weapon having high damage and high accuracy but a short-range (most snipers have short-range including the Arctic 50).
Submachine Guns
AKS 74U- is a submachine gun having high damage and high mobility. With the accuracy and fire rate of this weapon, you can easily hit the adversary and avoid fires shot at you.
Light Machine Guns
UL 736- is the most balanced stat weapon in COD: Mobile. When equipped with the perfect attachments, its stat scaling is quite impressive.
Shotguns
BY 15- has a greater fire rate as compared to other shotguns in COD: Mobile. This weapon is very useful when the opponent is close, due to its high damage of 85.
Pistols
J358- has a lower fire rate as compared to other Pistols meaning missing is not an option but, it stands out due to its accuracy and damage. If you’re using this weapon than don’t worry about the fire rate, you’ll still hit the opponent with high damage.
Launcher
FHJ 18- has less damage as compared to SMRS but due to its high accuracy of 90 it can even take down helicopters.
