The Asus ROG XG Station 2 was announced last year but now it has finally made its way to Singapore. If you do not know what this is, the Asus ROG XG Station is a GPU enclose that allows you to connect an external GPU to a laptop in order to give it added graphical performance. If your laptop has a decent processor but the GPU is getting old then this could be something worth looking into.

The Asus ROG XG Station 2 will turn your laptop into a beast as it supports the latest GPUs from Nvidia and AMD and you can fit a full-length GPU inside. It comes with a 680W power supply and Thunderbolt 3 plus connector which gives you 15% performance boost as compared to ordinary Thunderbolt.

For extended connectivity, you get USB 3.0 ports as well as a gigabit LAN socket. While the Asus ROG XG Station 2 does give you the option of adding an external GPU to your laptop, this facility is in no ways cheap. The Asus ROG XG Station 2 will set you back $888.
