There are six Achievements/Trophies associated with discovering the Shrines in Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood. Do note that every Romulus Shrine is marked on the map with a “Wolf” icon.
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood Shrines Locations
In our Shrines Locations Guide for AC: Brotherhood, we have outlined the locations of each and every Shrine that you can find Ubisoft’s AC: Brotherhood.
Undertaker 2.0 – Shrine in the Catacomb di Roma
The Shrine is in Antico District in front of Piramide Cestia. Loot the Scroll of Romulus thus finishing the lair and exit. As soon as you exit, you will get the Achievement/Trophy.
Golden Boy – Shrine in Terme di Traiano
This Shrine is located east to the Colosseum in Antico District. You will not face any enemies in this Shrine just complete the lair to unlock the Achievement/Trophy.
Gladiator – Shrine in Il Colosseo
Go to the ground level of the Colosseum in the Antico District to find the entrance. Once in, you fight a small group of enemies then follow a guy.
Once the guy is dead you will fight another group of enemies. See them off, loot, and leave to get the Achievement/Trophy.
Plumber – Shrine in the Cloaca Maxima
Following the map will lead you to a camp. Go east until you arrive at a hole in the ground dive down to find yourself in an area full of water. Keep swimming until you get to a cave and you will find the entrance.
Follow the 3 Leaders of Romulus and kill anyone who gets in your way. In the end, you will fight a couple of groups of enemies along with the final leader to get the scroll. Thus granting you the Achievement/Trophy.
One-Man Wrecking Crew – Shrine in Palazzo Laterano
This Shrine is located southeast of the Colosseum in Antico District. The entrance is located in the middle of the area in one of the gardens. You will have to climb over some of the buildings to get to it.
Just finishing the lair will grant you the trophy and you do not have to worry about anyone trying to fight you, as there are no enemies in this Shrine.
Amen – Shrine in the Basilica di San Pietro
This Shrine is located in the Vaticano District. The entrance to this Shrine is located to the north side towards a small stairway. In this Shrine, you will have to chase down the target and kill him thus you will get the Achievement/Trophy.
