Anthem Components Guide – Effects, Javelin-Exclusive, Universal Components

Components are a must have an item in Anthem; they essentially enhance your Javelin in many unique ways. Additionally, they also provide your Javelin with a greater health pool as well as a better shield.

Anthem Components

Components can be found as drops from monsters or loot rewards. They come in six rarities i.e. Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Masterwork, and Legendary. Their effects and value differ depending on the rarity of the Component.

Universal Component List & Effects

Component	Effect
Ammo Compartment	Increases reserve ammo for all equipped guns.
Armor Reinforcement	Increases Javelin armor by a large amount.
Assault Rifle Ammo	Adds specializes storage for enhanced Assault Rifle ammunition that increases damage.
Heat Sink	Increases the Javelin’s heat capacity to allow the Javelin to fly more effectively.
Light Machine Gun Ammo	Adds specialized storage for enhanced light machine gun ammunition that increases damage.
Machine Pistol Ammo	Adds specialized storage for enhanced Machine Pistol ammunition that increases damage.
Marksman Rifle Ammo	Adds specialized storage for enhanced marksman rifle ammunition that increases damage.
Melee Inscription	An inscribed Component that increases melee damage.
Shield Reinforcement	Increases Javelin shields by a large amount.
Shotgun Ammo	Adds specialized storage for enhanced Shotgun ammunition that increases damage.
Sniper Rifle Ammo	Adds specialized storage for enhanced Sniper Rifle ammunition that increases damage.
Special Arms Ammo	Adds specializes ammo storage to increase damage of Heavy Pistols, Machine Pistols, Autocannons, and Grenade Launchers.
Ultimate Inscription	An inscribed Component that augments Javelin ultimate gear and increases damage.

Advanced Circuitry	Increases melee damage and enemy electric effect buildup.
Assault Augment	Increases assault launcher damage.
Convergence Core	Increases impact damage and decreases blast damage.
Crossed Arms	Increases blast damage and lower impact damage.
Firearm Calibration Core	Increases weapon damage.
Grenade Augment	Increases grenade damage.
Grenadier Inscription	Increases melee damage and enemy electric effect buildup.
Thermal Regulator	Increases acid damage, max heat capacity, and acid resistance.
Vented Thrusters	Increases engine heat threshold.

Chaos Core	Increases blast damage.
Elemental Attunement	Increases elemental damage resistance.
Elemental Conduit	Increases elemental damage and decreases physical damage.
Elemental Empowerment	Increases gear recharge rate and lowers gear damage.
Elemental Synergy	Increases gear damage and lowers gear recharge rate.
Fire Inscription	Increases fire damage and fire effect.
Ice Inscription	Increases ice damage and ice effect
Integrity Augment	Increases armor by 25% of base.
Lightning Inscription	Increases electric damage and electric effect.

Guardian Insignia	Increase duration of support abilities.
Heavy Assault Augment	Increases heavy-assault launcher damage.
