Black Ops 4 Blackout Outperforms Fortnite on Twitch, Finally Some Competition?

According to Twitch, Black Ops 4 had more peak viewers during the Blackout Beta as compared to Fortnite which is an achievement for the developers.

It’s safe to say that Black Ops 4 Blackout Beta brought very positive reviews from the community. Despite being in Beta, it was one of the most viewed games on Twitch revealing how much of a success it can really be.

It’s obviously because of the insanely popular genre that is Battle Royale and something which Treyarch opted to very well by keeping all of their Call Of Duty fans happy. Blackout Beta which lasted a week came in at No.5 on Twitch charts right behind big competitors like Fortnite and PUBG.

As revealed by SullyonGame.com, Blackops 4 Blackout Beta got a peak viewers of 586,000 on Twitch in just 7 days which is as twice as the viewers of Fortnite which makes it a big deal for the developers of the game. It’s also been noticed that people are now looking for a variety of games now as Blackout is now finally in competition.

Fortnite viewers happened to be much lower than of Black Ops 4. These results tell us that Call Of Duty is back in the game and Black Ops 4 can turn out to be a huge success.

As for the game, it performed very well across all consoles and even the Beta was extended further 2 hours to give players a chance to play it more.

Now knowing all of this, Treyarch still needs to win the hearts of their fans by listening to what they say about the game. We already know you might be annoyed by the presence of Level Armor 3 in Blackout but don’t worry as it’s going to be fixed soon before Black Ops 4 ships worldwide as promised by Treyarch.

Treyarch has already made some changes to game Armor following the Beta and it looks to further balance the game according to community response. It’s the first time, a Call Of Duty game is going to not have a single player mode but according to developers, it’s a part of an evolution.

We can’t wait to play Blackout when it finally releases on October 12, 2018, for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
