Black Ops 4 Has Battle Royale Mode, Video Game Analyst Thinks

With the official announcement of COD: Black Ops 4, fans have been anxiously waiting for game and while they wait, they are wondering.

Call Of Duty Black Ops 4 was music to the years and while every COD fan is excited and exhilarated for the upcoming sequel, we have something even more exciting. Would you like a Black Ops 4 battle royale mode? According to a video game analyst, Black Ops 4 may just be getting a battle royale mode.

Well, it just might be a thing, very recently the publisher of the game said that the team is very much interested in battle royale mode. He said that the company acknowledges the popularity of the mode and how it has the capacity to evolve is just remarkable. On that, he further said that there is a huge possibility of Black Ops 4 getting a battle royale mode.

This triggered a fire in the heart of the gaming community, especially for those who are a fan of Call of Duty, Fortnite, and PUBG. For most this would be a dream come true. It would be like combining two successes in order to produce something of a marvel.

Be that as it may, according to Dow Jones newswire, analysts from Oppenheimer Research left a meeting with Activision investors feeling a bit positive. One of the reasons he states is that Activision has been showing a keen interest in the popularity of the battle royale mode.

What captured the attention was that an Activision Blizzard game will be getting a battle royale mode in near future. Which style will they be going for is the big question? And which game? Black Ops 4 is the most likely candidate right now.

Now, even if they bring in the battle royale mode in Call of Duty Blacks Ops 4, it seems pretty obvious that the COD will not be able to compete with PUBG or Fortnite. One of the biggest reasons is that PUBG and Fortnite, both games revolve around 100 players dropping into huge maps.

All the while, for COD it would be something immensely difficult. COD series is known for its photorealistic graphics and wealth of high-quality assets. The format of COD just isn’t made with the intention of such type of dramatic scale up.

Although this does not entirely mean that the developers can not introduce the small-scale version of the survival concept. In that small-scale version, adding a slightly larger map perhaps much quicker rounds that hew to a high-intensity gameplay in which the IP specializes.

Let’s hope they bring in Battle Royale mode for Blacks Ops 4 in a way that it does not influence the spiritual essence of COD.
