However, the PC version of Final Fantasy 15 is not simply a port and the game director has revealed that the PC version is a generation ahead of console versions.

According to game director, Hajime Tabata, the PC version of Final Fantasy 15 will see significant improvements over the 2016’s console release. In the follow up to Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition release, Hajime Tabata has rolled out a new video talking about the upcoming PC version of the game.

According to Tabata, the reason why the PC version of Final Fantasy 15 will be way ahead of the console versions is that the PC version was developed from the ground up and that is why the PC version of the game has advanced a generation over the console versions.

He also asked the PC gamers to be patient as the team is making sure that every second they spend until the game’s launch will be spent making sure that the game launches on time. Check out the video below.

The PC version of the game will also come with Nvidia exclusive features thanks to Nvidia GameWorks. Here are the system requirements for the game.

Square Enix will also be bringing features to the PC version for which the PC community is known for like mods. Game director has confirmed that Final Fantasy 15’s PC version will get mod support.

Final Fantasy XV is a third-person open-world action adventure game developed by Square Enix for PS4 and Xbox One and the PC version of the game will launch on March 6, 2018.
