Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated RPGs of recent times and we are eager to see what it has to offer. However, we won’t be seeing it anytime soon. According to a new report, Cyberpunk 2077 won’t be at E3 2016 in June.
CD Red has already confirmed that they won’t be talking about the game until 2017, but it looks like not even some gameplay footage is planned for this year’s event.
Cyberpunk 2077 wasn’t at E3 last year as well.
We hope and we are certain that Cyberpunk has even bigger commercial potential. It is too early to talk about it, though. This year, and the next one will be the years of the Witcher
So what do they have in store for E3? Well if we are to assume, The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine expansion may get a world premiere at E3 2016.
Cyberpunk 2077 was announced all the way back in 2012 and a teaser was shared in the following year. Just recently, CD RED revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be even bigger than The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt that was released back in 2015.
Sarmad Lillah reported:
Adam Badowski, the head of CD Projekt Red says that Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be nothing like the game they originally planned because it is going to be “even better, even bigger, even more revolutionary” than what they had originally set out for.
Obviously, a game of this magnitude takes time to develop and I don’t think we will get to play it until late 2017. What are your expectations from Cyberpunk 2077? Were you hoping to see it at E3 this year? Let us know in the comments below.
