Ubisoft Spain has pressed the button a little early it seems to mention Beyond Good and Evil 2 for Nintendo Switch. The official Spanish Twitter of Ubisoft had a Tweet saying that Beyond Good and Evil 2 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 is a spiritual successor of Ubisoft’s cult classic title. Players will get to explore System 3. Players will fight alongside unforgettable characters from the Beyond Good and Evil 2 in an amazing new solar system. The story revolves around the struggle for freedom and the right to determine your own fate among the stars. You can play the game by yourself or can invite friends to explore the vast and seamless online playground.

The official reveal took place at Ubisoft’s E3 2017 press conference and at the time there was no mention of Beyond Good and Evil 2 for Nintendo Switch. However, the version has been rumored for a while. In fact, a rumor suggested that the game is going to be timed-exclusive to Nintendo Switch but if that was the case, Nintendo Switch version would have been the very first thing to be discussed by Ubisoft.

We won’t be hearing much about Beyond Good and Evil 2 as the game is still in early stages of development. It would still take some time before developers are ready to discuss release plans and Nintendo Switch.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 is the spiritual successor to the cult classic, a prequel that will transport players into a profoundly multicultural world, capturing the spirit of the original with grandiose decors and intense dramas that play out across a vast universe. Through the Space Monkey Program, Ubisoft Montpellier will be developing the game alongside its community of fans.
