At the start of this year, Microsoft canceled the highly anticipated game, Scalebound, from Platinum Games. However, as we are going forward in this year Microsoft has revealed a little bit more about its game line-up for 2017. Crackdown 3 is part of the this year’s game line-up and it seems that it is coming along nicely.

Xbox users are wondering what to expect from the upcoming Crackdown 3 and according to general manager at Microsoft, Shanon Loftis, Crackdown 3 is “all about the boom”.
If you remember how great the original Crackdowns were, with the big open cities and as you level up your car and weapons also level up, imagine all of that times 10. Crackdown 3 is all about the boom. It is a massive futuristic city. You have smarter enemies, more vehicles and new weapons. The explosion and the destruction make it an incredible experience. Crackdown 3 is coming this year.
Previously, Shannon Loftis, said that the campaign for the game will be worth the wait, as it is the most fully features campaign done by the studio ever. She also explained that players actions will have huge consequences, and this is something that has been done for the first time.
Depending on what you choose to destroy in the environment, there will be massive, big reactions all over the city. Gangs will get together against you. This is the first time we’ve ever had something like that.
Crackdown 3 is an upcoming open world action-adventure in development at Reagent Games and will launch later this year for PC and Xbox One.
