Fans of the Borderlands franchise asked Gearbox Software’s Randy Pitchford if there is a possibility that Borderlands 3 would come to Nintendo Switch? To this Pitchford replied that he does not see Borderlands 3 coming to the hybrid console as Nintendo has other priorities.
@dECU_nutt I do not see that as happening. We were talking to Nintendo, but that stopped for some reason. They have other priorities.

Fans as eagerly waiting for the third installment in the Borderlands franchise and while Gearbox has confirmed that Borderlands 3 is in development no details for the game have been revealed. If the ending of Borderlands 2 has suggested anything, then we might see Borderlands 3 taking us to other planets other than Pandora.
Borderlands franchise is also making its way to the silver screen as a movie based on the hit video game series is also in development. Last year it was revealed that Canadian comedian Aaron Berg will serve as the screenwriter for the Borderlands movie.
Berg is known for his stand-up comedy and some minor acting roles, he also wrote the script for underdevelopment spy thriller Section 6 and also for G.I. Joe 3.
Borderlands is an open-world first-person shooter set on a planet named Pandora occupied by outlaws. The game series is one of the 2k`s bestselling properties with 26 million units shipped worldwide.
